By accessing or using Studiess AI services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Description of Services

Studiess AI provides AI-powered tools for educational purposes, including Chatbot, Summary, Flashcards, Test, Math Solver, Email Generator, Tasks, and Learning Material. These are intended for personal and non-commercial use.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the services.

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account using Supabase authentication. Provide accurate information and maintain account security. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Payments

Payments for premium features are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of inputs (e.g., text, equations). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for providing services. Do not submit illegal or harmful content.

7. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated by AI and provided "as is." Verify accuracy; we are not liable for errors. Usage limits apply based on your plan (Free, Pro, Unlimited).

8. Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse services, reverse engineer, or use for illegal activities. We may suspend accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the services, including AI models and code, belong to Studiess AI or licensors. Limited license granted for personal use.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided without warranties. Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
